One of the best food trucks I’ve ever had. Operacaffe’s secret is that they’re also a restaurant in San Diego. Food is fast and delicious…. fried ravioli, lasagna, pork shank… *drool

Prices are congruent with other “gourmet” food trucks. Today’s meal for me was the pork shank with risotto, which came out 12+tax. Not bad considering I had to force myself to finish it.. Definitely not because it was bad, but I was too full! ):

This was my first encounter with risotto and it’s definitely different than asian rice! Although strange, the risotto with the pork shank sauce came together beautifully. 

I, for one, will always come back to this truck as my go-to Italian food truck. Definitely encourage anyone who has the opportunity to eat at this truck to do so!
